SISTEM INFORMASI PENDATAAN JASA SERVIS BERBASIS WEB RENSPONSIVE PADA BALIBILO CELLULAR
Abstract
Balibilo cellular is a mobile phone store that is also engaged in repair services with various brands and different types of mobile phones, in this store provides a variety of improvements from software or hardware. At this time, the work on service data at the Balibilo cellular store is still manual, namely the customer is recorded on the customer's note. Sometimes customers remove or damage the service notes provided. This makes it difficult for employees and technicians to provide information to customers due to the absence of good storage media. Based on these problems, the author conducted a study entitled "Information System for Data Collection of Rensponsive Web-Based Service Services on Balibilo Cellular". The author chose a rensponsive web-based application because responsive websites can increase the development of information because the internet is easily accessible even without using a computer but the internet can now also be accessed via cellphones. With more accessible for all types of platforms such as smartphones and desktops, this application is expected to help users to access service process information on Balibilo Cellular. For testing the system using the Black Box Testing method. Black Box Testing is a software check of the aspect of program function without evaluating the picture or program code of the system. The method of taking data in this study was to use a questionnaire. The questionnaire data management technique uses a likert scale system with an Interval formula.
