Abstract

Monitoring the performance of each work unit at STMIK Professional requires several processes in monitoring the performance of each unit, starting from communication using whatsapp, work plan meetings and observations, the work unit must prepare performance reports in the form of documents, after everything is complete then report performance it is a physical file.

The purpose of this research is to provide convenience for work units and leaders in monitoring and reporting the performance results of each work unit efficiently and effectively.

This research was conducted by designing an application in the form of a web that serves to monitor or monitor the performance of each work unit. The method used is the extreme programming method. The monitoring system goes through several stages, namely the admin provides and regulates the performance of each work unit, each work unit uses an application to report its performance results and the admin can automatically see the results of the unit's performance and verify the reporting is based on a telegram to the work unit. The unit can automatically view and physically download (excel-based) the results of the reporting assessment.

The result of this research is that the administrator (leader) can monitor the performance of each work unit and the system automatically sends a message to the work unit via telegram about the success and completeness of its performance. This system has gone through system quality testing using a usability scale system with a value of 78.00.
